Information We Collect
MedicalClaim.ai is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:
- Analytics: Privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. No personally identifiable information is collected.
- Simulation Inputs: CPT codes and payer selections submitted through the simulator are logged for quality improvement but are not linked to individual users.
- Chat interactions: Messages sent through the AI chat feature are processed to generate responses but are not permanently stored.
What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect patient data, claims data, or protected health information (PHI)
- We do not require user accounts or registration
- We do not sell or share data with third parties
- We do not use tracking cookies for advertising
Third-Party Services
We use Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. Google Fonts for typography.
