Information We Collect
MedicalClaim.ai is designed with privacy as a priority:
- Analytics: Privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected.
- Claim Reviews: CPT codes, ICD-10 codes, and payer selections entered through the review tool are processed to return results but are not permanently stored or linked to individual users.
- Chat Interactions: Messages sent through the AI chat feature are processed to generate responses but are not permanently stored.
What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not require user accounts or registration
- We do not collect protected health information (PHI)
- We do not sell or share data with third parties
- We do not use tracking cookies for advertising
Third-Party Services
We use Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. Google Fonts for typography. CMS public datasets for billing code data.
